Mission
To provide meaningful summer work and learning to income-eligible Boston youth ages 14-21.

To deliver a set of intensive interventions to low-income youth in the Boston area, while serving to link school, work, and civic responsibility in an attempt to promote long-term success in a career and academic life.

Role in Alliance
ABCD SummerWorks refers youth to the programs of member organizations.

Directions by Public Transportation

  • MBTA Green Line — Boylston Station: Cross Tremont. ABCD is between Emerson College and the movie theatre.
  • MBTA Orange Line — Chinatown Station: Turn right outside the exit onto Boylston; walk one block to Tremont, turn right and walk past Emerson College. ABCD is the next building.
  • MBTA Red Line — Downtown Crossing: Either switch to Orange Line outbound and get off at the next stop, which is Chinatown, or walk one block toward Boston Common, turn left on Tremont, and walk to 178, just past the movie theatre, before Emerson College.
